I’m Tracy and my humble contribution aims at helping to generate and transmit the energies of truth, love, and hope, in order to motivate and inspire heart centred connection, and positive change in the world. I share about my lived experience, personal liberation, manifestation, healing, nature and spirituality.
We all suffer the same humanity, just in different flavours, and I believe sharing authentic wisdom, practical tools, and perspective, helps us all learn and grow together.
Why?
Because I feel compelled to reclaim my voice, agency and self worth, through authentic creative expression. This life is too short to be suffocated by the dreaded comfort zone, paralysed by the opinions and judgement of others, frozen by perfectionism or strangled by imposter syndrome. I’m curious about what truly lights me up, and what provides purpose and meaning to my life. I am constantly ready to release what no longer serves my highest good, and replace that with authentic value and worth.
I am gradually becoming whole, joyous and free.
And I wish that for my fellow human travellers.
When?
I will commit to engaging with the Substack community daily, and post when creative inspiration graces me, because trying to force it never works for me.
